Unwanted FHI Heat products that are unused can be returned for
a full refund or alternative FHI hairdryer or straightener within
fourteen days from the purchase. The consumer must arrange return
delivery of the hairdryer at their own cost.
All
FHI products are supplied with a one year manufacturers warranty
and as such, if your hairdryer or straightener develops a fault
within this period, please see the information within the product
box. FHI Heat styling appliances are designed to be used day in
day out by the top stylists and have earned a reputation for reliability
and longevity. However, if in the unlikely event that an FHI Heat
product you purchased from us does develop a fault then you can
send it back to us.

Heat appliances can be returned to the address on the about us
page for a repair or replacement within the warranty period.
Please
include your name and address, a short description of the fault
and proof of purchase or an order number. Faulty items will either
be repaired or if this is not possible a replacement FHI straightener
or hairdryer will be issued.
