All orders on fhi1.com are processed
securely by the market leader in online payments. All payments
are completely secure and can be made with all major credit and
debit cards as well as with paypal accounts. There is a standard
shipping cost of £5.95 no matter the quantity of fhi products
bought.
Individual
purchases of FHI straighteners or FHI hairdryers will be sent
by Royal Mail Special Delivery, whilst multiple orders will be
despatched by FedEx. All of the FHI prices on this site include
VAT, and all orders are sent out directly from our own stock within
24 hours of the order being placed. (Weekend orders will be despatched
on Monday).

it has been more than 48 hours after you placed your order (not
including weekends) and you would like to track the delivery of
your FHI Heat hairdryer or straighteners, simply give us a call
and an advisor will gladly advise you of the tracking number for
your order.
Orders

where you will be prompted to enter a tracking number.
